Origin Story
Finca El Paraíso sits at 1,750 meters in the mountains of Huila, Colombia's highest-quality coffee region. The farm is managed by the Lasso family, third-generation coffee producers who've been refining their craft for over sixty years.
This single-estate lot is 100% Caturra, a compact variety that thrives at high altitude and produces dense, flavorful beans. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, depulped the same day, and fermented for 18-24 hours before being washed and dried slowly on patios under shade cloth.
The result is a coffee that balances sweetness with clarity. Caramel and red apple on the front, a silky milk chocolate body, and a clean, lingering finish. It's approachable without being boring—the kind of coffee that works as an everyday staple but still rewards attention.
